Work experience

Ms. Yuan specializes in private equity financing, venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, public financing (equity and debt), foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Yuan primarily assists in designing deal structures, drafting transaction documents, participating in negotiations, conducting due diligence investigations, and handling PRC law-related matters.

Educational background

Ms. Yuan received an LL.B. degree in 2015 from Renmin University of China.  She later obtained an LL.M. degree in 2017 from Renmin University of China.
