Work experience

Ms. Xie specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, and foreign direct investment.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Xie obtained her LL.M. in International Economic Law from Durham University in the UK in 2016.  Prior to that, Ms. Xie graduated with an LL.B. from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2013.
