Ms. Xie has extensive experience in legal due diligence, transaction structure design, legal document drafting and revision, and business negotiations. Ms. Xie has also served as a long-term legal counsel for many domestic and foreign enterprises, providing legal services in areas such as corporate structure, ESOP, corporate governance, and operations compliance.
