Ms. Wang specializes in IP-related dispute resolution and litigation services, which include disputes involving patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and competition law matters. In terms of contentious matters, Ms. Wang mainly engages in patent infringement and invalidation proceedings in the fields of healthcare, machinery, software, and communications. As for non-contentious IP matters, Ms. Wang primarily engages in three areas: (i) IP-related transactions, including IP due diligence, IP transaction structure design, IP transfer or licensing contracts and related drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and leading in cross-border IP negotiations on behalf of clients; (ii) advising clients on internal IP systems management, which includes providing legal consultation services for data-compliance matters, drafting IP policies, and establishing trade secrets management systems; and (iii) patent prosecution, in relation to which Ms. Wang has successfully obtained invention patent authorizations within four months on behalf of a well-known cosmetics raw materials supplier.
