Ms. Zhang began practicing law in 2014.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang worked for three years with AnJie Law Firm.
Ms. Zhang specializes in commercial dispute resolution.  She has represented clients in many commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings arising from equity investment and repurchase disputes, private equity disputes, M&A disputes, corporate control contests, cross-border investment and trade disputes, insurance and reinsurance contract disputes, etc.  She has successfully dealt with disputes over corporate control that have drawn widespread public attention and acted on behalf of clients in a variety of equity repurchase disputes.  Also, in the insurance and reinsurance dispute area, Ms. Zhang has handled several influential cases such as SK Hynix Fire Accident etc.
Ms. Zhang has participated and accumulated experience in handling cases before PRC courts at all levels, as well as arbitration commissions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing International Arbitration Center, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

Ms. Zhang obtained a J.M. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M. degree in European and International Law from the University of Hamburg in 2014.  Prior to that, Ms. Zhang obtained her B.A degree in English Literature from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2011.
