Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang interned in the London office of Taylor Wessing.  She also had intern and work experiences with several commercial law firms in London.  Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity, overseas listings and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate compliance matters, and legal research.

Ms. Zhang graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2011.  During her time at the university, she also attended National Taipei University in Taiwan, where she studied law as an exchange student.  She obtained an LL.M. degree in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University in 2012.  Ms. Zhang subsequently studied common law at BPP Law School in London, where she undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law program and completed the Legal Practice Course, which is regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales.  She completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction.
