Work experience

Ms. Ruan specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, onshore and offshore listings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Ruan has provided legal services to a variety of start-ups and emerging companies, private enterprises, private equity funds, and listed companies.  Ms. Ruan has participated in projects covering a wide range of industries such as real estate, financial leasing, construction, semiconductor, new retail, and TMT.

Educational background

Ms. Ruan graduated from Shenzhen University School of Law with an LL.B. degree in 2013 and graduated from University of Minnesota with an LL.M. degree in 2015.
