Mr. Qian is a senior associate in Han Kun's financial and asset management department. His major practice areas include fund formation, asset management, and the formation and operation of onshore and offshore funds. Prior to joining Han Kun, he practiced with another top-tier PRC law firm and a reputable U.S. law firm. Mr. Qian has represented well-known local fund managers in a variety of private equity related transactions, including the formation, management, and operation of various types of fund entities. He also has experience in advising large domestic insurance companies on investing in offshore private funds. In addition, Mr. Qian has advised many Fortune 500 clients on mergers and acquisitions, tax, and other legal matters.
