Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Luo worked in the Beijing offices of a French law firm and Anjie Law Firm.    
Ms. Luo advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, joint venture projects, and merger control filings.  Ms. Luo has been assisting many multinational companies in handling corporate governance, labor, foreign exchange, and antitrust matters.  Ms. Luo has also advised several multinational pharmaceutical companies and multinational insurance, reinsurance, and insurance brokerage companies on compliance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Luo received a master's degree in European and International Business Law from Universit Paris 1 Panthon-Sorbonne and a master's degree in law from China University of Political Science and Law.
