Work experience

Ms. Xiao specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and listing transactions, and foreign direct investment.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Xiao received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2013 from Minzu University of China.  She later received a Master of Law degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2015.
