Ms. Sun specializes in public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and corporate restructuring, and foreign direct investment.  She has represented Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in diverse industries such as telecommunications, internet, consumer goods, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

Educational background

Ms. Sun graduated with an LL.B. degree from Fujian Normal University in 2009.  In 2012, she obtained an LL.M. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.
