Work experience

Ms. Zhao focuses her practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, public capital markets transactions, and foreign direct investment.  Her work routinely involves drafting and translating legal and transaction documents, due diligence, and legal research, among other matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Zhejiang University, an LL.M. degree in Financial Law from the University of International Business and Economics, and an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law.
