Work experience

Ms. Meng specializes in aviation finance, bank finance, establishing financial institutions, and corporate governance.  She has represented many international companies, large financial institutions and start-ups in a wide variety of cross-border transactions.  Ms. Meng is knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, corporate structures, and investment and project management.

Educational background

Ms. Meng received an LL.B. degree in 2012 and a bachelor's degree in English Literature in 2012 from Beijing Foreign Studies University.  In 2014, she obtained an LL.M. degree from University of International Business and Economics.
