Mr. Yixin Lin joined Han Kun in January 2005. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, he served as Legal Director of AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASIA) and was responsible for all the legal matters of the company for over three years. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Lin worked in the Beijing representative offices of a U.S. company and a Korean company.
Mr. Lin's practice focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound IPOs and restructurings, and foreign direct investment. His legal services cover a wide range of industries including the Internet, information technology, media and entertainment, e-commerce, education, commercial and retail business, food, real estate, pharmaceutical, and energy. Mr. Lin has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in IPOs.
