Ms. Yang joined Han Kun in February 2005. She specializes in public and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct Investment. Ms. Yang represents clients whose businesses cover a wide variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, education, retail, and media. She has represented a large number of famous international and PRC funds in private equity transactions, and provided advice to foreign-invested companies from the US, Europe and Southeast Asia, and has also participated in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ms. Yang has also provided legal services to several PRC companies in their IPO transactions in overseas capital markets.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Yang worked for Beijing Heng Shi Law Firm as an associate.
