Work experience

Mr. Yan Wang is the founding partner of the Han Kun IP group.  Mr. Wang is a seasoned litigator who has spent over 20 years in top U.S. and China law firms guiding both emerging and established companies through IP, antitrust, and other global disputes.  Currently he also serves as one of the firm's managing partners and leads the IP group of over 150 professionals.
Yan has considerable experience representing high-profile clients in IP disputes across a diverse portfolio of technologies, including mobile phones, automotives, electronics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.  His practice also comprehensively spans competition issues, with a particular focus on anti-trust litigations and investigations.

Columbia Law School, J.D.; Yale University, M.S. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering); Southeast University and Nanjing Medical University, B.Eng. (joint program in Biomedical Engineering and Medicine).
