Ms. Jin joined Han Kun Law Offices in January 2005, prior to which she practiced law with JunHe Law Offices. Ms. Jin specializes primarily in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, and general corporate matters. Ms. Jin has accumulated extensive experience in dealing with legal as well as commercial issues relating to diverse types of business activities.
Ms. Jin has provided a full range of legal services to numerous Japanese and Korean multinationals in relation to their investment projects in China, including market research, designing investment structures and investment plans, formulating corporate management systems, resolving investment disputes, exit mechanism arrangements, and liquidation matters. She has also advised various foreign-invested enterprises in relation to their managerial and operational matters. In addition, Ms. Jin has represented numerous foreign companies in their mergers and acquisitions in China, for whom her legal services included designing transaction structures, due diligence investigations of target companies, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. She provides legal advisory services to both multinationals and domestic enterprises in relation to labor issues arising in their daily operations, including drafting and modifying labor-related documents, such as labor contracts, employee manuals, confidentiality agreements, and non-competition agreements, and advises on labor issues involved in mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and dissolutions.
