Ms. Liu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since 2009, where she specializes in public and private financings (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions, onshore/offshore public offerings (including corporate restructurings), and foreign direct investment.
Ms. Liu is knowledgeable of PRC industry policies, corporate structures, investment and project management. She has represented numerous Chinese and international companies, as well as international and PRC funds in a wide variety of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. In addition, she has also provided legal services to several PRC companies in their IPO transactions in overseas capital markets.
