Work experience

Mr. Li specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing, venture capital investment, public financing (equity and debt), and foreign direct investment.  Mr. Li primarily assists in conducting due diligence investigations, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations.  From December 2014 to June 2015, Mr. Li interned in the compliance department of Beijing Gaohua Securities Co., Ltd.

Educational background

Mr. Li received an LL.B. degree in 2013 from China Foreign Affairs University.  He later obtained an LL.M. degree in 2015 from China Foreign Affairs University.
