Work experience

Mr. Song has been practicing law with Han Kun Law Offices since July 2015, where he specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment, among other areas.  He has represented investment funds and corporate clients in over a hundred transactions in diverse industries such as the Internet, education, healthcare, TMT, consumer goods, and energy.

Educational background

Mr. Song received an LL.B. degree in 2012 from East China University of Political Science and Law, where he later obtained an LL.M. degree in 2015.
