He has represented a large number of venture capital funds, private equity funds, strategic investors, start-up companies, and entrepreneurs in various industries covering Internet, education, telecommunications, retail, and pharmaceutical, and has assisted in forming deal structures, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. In the public financing area, Mr. Liu has represented a large number of issuers and underwriters in Chinese company initial public offerings, debt offerings, and alternative public financings on international securities exchanges.
