Ms. Ma has been practicing law for more than seven years. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma practiced with a foreign law firm for two years, providing FDI services for a large number of enterprises, both offshore and onshore.
Ms. Ma specializes in private equity financing and venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign company restructuring, and foreign direct investment. After joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma has been providing comprehensive legal services in relation to financing and investment transactions for a series of start-ups, VC funds, PE funds and strategic investors, including designing transaction structures, organizing due diligence, drafting, revising and reviewing transaction documents, and leading negotiations. She has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital. Ms. Ma has represented a number of well-known domestic companies in their mergers or acquisitions, and assisted numerous companies in their domestic and overseas restructurings.
