Mr. Li has been practicing with Han Kun Law Offices since 2013, where he specializes in public and private financings (equity and debt), incorporations and corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment. He has represented a large number of well-known investment funds and entrepreneurs in financing transactions and has provided legal services to a number of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings or debt offerings on overseas stock exchanges in diverse industries that cover the internet, telecommunications, emerging retail, life sciences, culture and entertainment, semiconductor, advanced manufacture, and new energy. Mr. Li assists clients in designing deal structures, drafting transaction documents, participating in negotiations, conducting due diligence investigations, and handling PRC law-related transactional matters.
