Mr. Zhi joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2012, where he specializes in domestic and international IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and corporate restructurings, and foreign direct investment. He has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, internet, information technology, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Zhi is knowledgeable of PRC industrial policies, corporate structures, capital operations, financial planning, and investment and project management.
From May 2005 to August 2012, Mr. Zhi practiced as a lawyer and was a partner at DeHeng Law Offices in Beijing. Prior to that, he practiced with King and Wood Law Firm and another Chinese law firm.
