Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Lv practiced law at two other well-known law firms.
Mr. Lv specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, foreign direct investment, offshore investment, real estate development and operations, and general corporate matters. He has provided a wide range of legal services for his clients, which include various large- and medium-scale state-owned/private enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, and private equity funds. Mr. Lv has represented clients in handling many projects that involve acquiring assets and equity interests, investment and financing, share offerings, bond issuances, infrastructure bidding, construction and operations, real property development and management, etc., covering industries such as TMT, finance, hi-tech, energy, electricity, transportation, real estate, construction, retail, apparel, agricultural products, food, chemical, and medical equipment. Mr. Lv has also represented a number of well-known domestic and overseas companies as their long-term external legal counsel and has accumulated extensive experience in corporate matters.
