Ms. Wu has been practicing law for over nine years and specializes in financing and investment (equity and debt), domestic and cross-border acquisitions, corporate restructuring, foreign investment, negotiating commercial contracts, and general corporate consulting. Ms. Wu has represented many clients, from institutional investors, large-scale groups, fast-growth companies, to start-ups and their founders; she is thus familiar with the diverse legal needs of a variety of clients. Ms. Wu has participated in projects in a broad array of industries, including artificial intelligence, media and entertainment, big data, high-tech, and mobile internet. Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wu practiced law at Paul Hastings (Hong Kong office) for over three years.
