Ms. Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2005.  She has participated in a variety of foreign direct investment, venture capital financing, and merger and acquisition projects.  She has advised a number of international companies on their China market entry, for whom her legal services mainly included assisting clients in the set up of various investment vehicles, equity transfers, legal due diligence, industry license applications, commercial negotiations, and providing legal opinions on China's investment policies.  Ms. Zhang has assisted a number of international and domestic new economy companies in their venture financing and mergers and acquisitions, with legal services focused on designing financing and merger and acquisition structures, participating in negotiations, drafting legal documents, and handling closing procedures.

Ms. Zhang graduated with high honors from Carnegie Mellon University, where she received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  In 2004 she earned an LL.B. degree from the Law School of Renmin University of China.
