Work experience

Mr. Zhang focuses on international commercial arbitration, domestic commercial litigation, and cross-border dispute resolution.  The types of major cases Mr. Zhang handles include disputes over financial loan contracts, disputes over the right of recourse to negotiable instruments, disputes over liability for damaging company interests, etc.
Mr. Zhang began practicing law in 2022.  He joined Han Kun after earning his master's degree and has been working at the firm since that time.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang obtained a Bachelor of Law degree from Sun Yat-sen University in 2019 and a master's degree in Private International Law from Wuhan University in 2022.
