Work experience

Ms. Jiang specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, AMAC filings for private investment fund management companies and private investment funds, general corporate compliance, and other matters.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Jiang interned with Baker & McKenzie FenXun (FTZ) Joint Operation Office.

Educational background

Ms. Jiang received an LL.B. degree in 2019 and an LL.M. degree in 2022 from the East China University of Political Science and Law.
