Work experience

Ms. Huang specializes in investment fund formation and operation.  Her legal services include registering private investment funds and fund managers, legal due diligence, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2020.  She later obtained a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China and Law in 2022.
