Work experience

Ms. Liu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.  Her legal services include due diligence, reviewing and drafting transaction documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Liu graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in 2020, and obtained her master's degree in Economic Law from Fudan University in 2022.
