Work experience

Mr. Yang specializes in private equity and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.  His legal service includes due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Yang received a Bachelor of Management degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree in 2019 from Peking University.  In 2022, he obtained an Juris Master degree from Peking University.
