Work experience

Ms. Wu's practice focuses on private equity and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, advising on general corporate matters, and researching laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Wu received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fudan University in 2019, and a Juris Master degree from Fudan University in 2022.
