Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in venture capital and private equity, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang graduated with an LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.  Prior to that, Ms. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
