Work experience

Ms. Jiang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Jiang graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019, and then obtained her LL.M. from Fudan University Law School in 2022.
