Work experience

Ms.Cui specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Cui obtained her LL.M. from Renmin University of China Law School in 2022.  Prior to that, Ms. Cui graduated with an LL.B. from Renmin University of China Law School in 2020.
