Work experience

Ms. Zhu started her legal career since 2021.  Before joining Han Kun, she has interned with King & Wood Mallesons and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Ms. Zhu focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.  She assists clients in due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research, and other legal matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu obtained an LL.B. degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2019, and an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.
