Work experience

Ms. Duzhiyun Zheng worked in the Beijing office of Davis Polk & Wardwell prior to joining Han Kun Law Office in 2022.  Ms. Zheng's practice areas mainly cover healthcare and life sciences, capital markets, and corporate law.  She has provided legal services to a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies, innovative pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and consumer goods companies, among others.

Educational background

Ms. Zheng received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Fudan University in Shanghai in 2019 and LL.M. degree from Cambridge University in 2020.
