Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Bie worked as a legal counsel for one of the leading Internet giants in China.  Ms. Bie specializes in export control compliance, IP-related dispute resolution, and patent prosecution.

Educational background

Ms. Bie received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Optical and Electronic Information in 2017 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Juris Master degree in 2020 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
