In 2015, Mr. Gong began working in Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm and joined Han Kun in Shanghai in 2022. In addition to his professional qualification as attorney, Mr. Gong is also a non-practicing member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA). Since beginning his career, based on his deepening and mastery of legal, financial, and accounting knowledge, Mr. Gong has been dedicated to providing a full range of dispute resolution services for domestic and foreign clients in the fields of corporate, commercial, and finance, involving litigation, arbitration, enforcement, and other procedures, as well as the recognition and enforcement of overseas judgments in China.
