Work experience

Ms. Huang began working in Shanghai Young-Ben Law Firm in 2016 and joined Han Kun Shanghai Office in 2022.  Ms. Huang has focused on dispute resolution since beginning her career and is able to provide a full range of dispute resolution legal services for clients from all over the world, including cross-border litigation, arbitration, and recognition and enforcement procedures for foreign clients, as well as complex commercial disputes for Chinese clients.

Educational background

Ms. Huang obtained her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2016.  Ms. Huang then attended National University of Singapore for further education and obtained her LL.M. degree with a major in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in 2018.
