Work experience

Mr. Gao specializes in domestic IPOs and refinancings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, capital markets, and private equity and venture capital.  Mr. Gao has provided legal services to clients in industries such as new energy, chemical, automotive, big data, military, and Internet.  He has extensive experience with initial public offerings, refinancings, and material asset reorganizations.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Gao practiced with Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Mr. Gao received a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in 2016 and a Master of Law degree from Peking University in 2018.
