Work experience

Ms. Zhao specializes in private equity and venture capital, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  She assists clients in legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and drafting and reviewing legal opinions.  
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhao practiced law with Junhe Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao graduated with an LL.B. degree and a bachelor's degree in German language from Wuhan University in 2019, and then obtained an LL.M. degree from Renmin University of China in 2021.  Ms. Zhao also studied at Marburg University in Germany as an exchange student from 2017 to 2018.
