Work experience

Ms. Shi specializes in domestic and offshore listings, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity investment.  Ms. Shi has provided legal services to clients in the Internet, healthcare, education, and culture and entertainment industries.  And she has extensive experience with initial public offerings, private placements, and material asset restructurings of listed companies. 
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Shi worked at Tian Yuan Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Shi received her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from China University of Political Science and Law.
