Work experience

Ms. Tan specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research on PRC laws and policies.

Ms. Tan received a Bachelor of Law degree from Renmin University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney.
