Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Han interned with King & Wood Mallesons (Shanghai office).  Ms. Han specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Han has participated in a variety of transactions in diverse industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, and Internet finance.

Educational background

Ms. Han graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law degree, followed by a Master of Law degree, majoring in intellectual property, from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
