Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Feng worked at Beijing Deheng Law Offices for nearly three years, where she specialized in private equity investment and financing, domestic and overseas listings and public offerings, and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms. Feng received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2018 from Sun Yat-Sen University.  In 2019, she obtained a master's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
