Work experience

Ms. Zhu began her legal practice at AllBright Law Offices in 2020 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in March 2022. 
Ms. Zhu specializes in commercial dispute resolution and has represented clients in litigation and arbitration cases involving share transfers, debt restructuring, private equity, intellectual property, leases, etc.  With a solid legal foundation and problem-solving ability, Ms. Zhu is able to assist in dealing with complicated cases.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2017 and Master of Law degree in 2020, both from East China University of Political Science and Law.  She also received an LL.M. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019.
