Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhong practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom LLP (Shanghai Representative Office).  Ms. Zhong mainly focuses on U.S. IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zhong graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.  Afterward, Ms. Zhong received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law (NUS).
