Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Zhang has provided legal services to many venture capital funds, private equity funds, and companies.  Her legal services include legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
