Ms. Li previously worked in an Intermediate People's Court in Beijing for more than eight years. She participated in the trial of more than 1,700 civil and commercial cases, mostly corporate-related disputes, contract disputes, commercial tenancy disputes, and bond trading disputes. Some of the cases involving difficult issues were submitted to the Higher People's Court and the Supreme Court as typical commercial cases.
Ms. Li was inducted into the "Talent Pool for Foreign-related Commercial Trials" of the Higher People's Court of Beijing, and regularly participates in trainings and case studies of foreign-related commercial trials.
Based on her years of experience in civil and commercial trials, Ms. Li has acquired extensive litigation know-how and strategies and excels in maximizing her clients' interests in litigation in ways that conform to judicial thought.
